- The purpose of this modification is to release further information regarding the upcoming meeting to further describe the requirements (preproposal conference) for this follow-on contract. The preproposal conference has been extended from one day (10 March 2008) to two days (10-11 March 2008) due to the number of places scheduled to visit and the distance required to travel to those areas.
