- The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Herman Miller, Zeeland, MI, for the purchase of furniture for the U.S. Army JFK SWCS at Fort Bragg, NC. Herman Miller/TSI is the manufacturer and o nly know source with the capability of providing fixed seating furniture to match the furniture previously purchased for the facility. It is imperative that the same style and type furniture be ordered, not only for appearance and aesthetics, but for the flexibility in maintaining the furniture for the conference room with the ability to interchange parts in order to keep the conference room at optimum levels at all times. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of of fers.
