- CLARIFICATION: CHANGE FROM: The maximum contract value for the unrestricted indefinite delivery contract will be negotiated and awarded, each with a total contract period not to exceed five years. The maximum contract value for the contracts w ill not exceed $12,000,000.00 per contract: $6,000,000.00 as the base contract value with two $3,000,000.00 capacity options. The SMALL BUSINESS FIRM will not exceed $6,000,000.00, no options. TO READ: The maximum contract value for the unrestrict ed indefinite delivery contracts will be negotiated and awarded, each with a total contract period not to exceed five years or $12,000,000.00 whichever occurs first.
