- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for cleaning and janitorial services at Delaware Lake, Ohio located 3 miles north of Delaware, Ohio. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively negotiated, NTE $170,000.00. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four additional one year options. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price compet itive range as determined by the Contracting Officer and has been evaluated as most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following technical factors: (A) Experience; (B) Past Per formance; (C) Management Plan; and (D) Equipment. Factors A thru C are equal in importance and Factors D is less important. Award shall be made to the offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the Government. A pre-proposal conference is tentati vely scheduled for April 1, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Deleware Lake, 3920 US Highway 23N, Delaware, Ohio 43015.
