- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. Directorate of Contracting Office Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source purchase order against GSA contract held by Newpark Mats and Integrated Services, Inc.. The award will consist of t he following items/configurations: Temporary Anchored Parking Pad System consisting of: 98 each Durabase Mat (Large); 14 each Durabase Mat (Small); 448 each Locking Pins; 46 each Tie Down Anchors; 6 each Grounding Rods. The North American I ndustry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 326199, size standard 500 employees. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within seven (7) days after date of publi cation of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
