- The Directorate of Contacting at Fort Drum, NY is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to industry for Portable Chemical Toilet Services on Fort Drum, NY. SUBJECT SOLICITATION FOR PORTABLE CHEMICAL TOILET SERVICES ON FORT DRUM, NY, IS 100% SET ASID E FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The successful contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all work in connection with the Portable Chemical Toilets Se rvices at Fort Drum, NY. This includes Delivery and setup, cleanings and relocations of the Portable Chemical Toilets. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about March 01, 2008. The DUE DATE for the solicitation will be set at the time of ac tual issuance/posting. Response Date in Synopsis is not the Quote Due Date if it conflicts with the solicitation. Award will be made on the basis of best value to the government. Services will be procured using procedures in FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The resultant contract will be a base period plus four option periods, Firm Fixed-Price Requirements type contract. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference RFQ Number W911S2-08-T-3009. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments are only available electronically by accessing either Federal Business Opportunities at http://fedbizopps.gov/ or the Army Single Face to Industry at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ No hard copies will be provided. All sources wishing to q uote are required to monitor these sites for any/all amendments to the RFQ.
