- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This Request for Quotation is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 423390. The small business size standard under this NAICS code is 100. This is a commercial purchase for the following line items for: CLIN 0001 - 1000 Gallon, Type A Water Reducer ? EUCLID ?name brand only no substitutions? CLIN 0002 ?
