- The following are vendor questions and the Government's responses: QUESTION: Who currently has the contract now and what is the bill rate? ANSWER: Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. dba Maxim Staffing Solutions 7227 Lee Deforest Drive Columbia, MD 21046-3236 Hourly rate: $18.50. QUESTION: After reading Amendment 01, it states that you must show proof of accreditations "AND" licensure. We are not accredited so we do not qualify for this bid. Am I correct? ANSWER: 15(a), on page 18, states: "Contracted agency shall maintain Joint Commission or Community Health Accreditation Programs (CHAP) accreditation, or at least Medicare/State certification, and day-to-day compliance with current standards for Home Care. Proof of accreditation shall be furnished to the CO and COTR."
