- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR PART 13.105 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE.
