- Description
- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the U.S. Census Bureau intends to negotiate a sole source commercial purchase order with The Coronado Group for the provision of and support of 300 additional user licenses for the Feith Wips Software currently in use at the U.S. Census Bureau. Feith Wips software is used throughout the U.S. Census Bureau for image storage and retrieval purposes. According to Feith Systems and Software, The Coronado Group is the exclusive provider and source for software products, licensing and support to the Dept. of Commerce of Feith Systems products and software. This is not a solicitation announcement or an invitation for bids. Information received regarding this announcement will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Otherwise, the Census Bureau believes it is in its best interest to award an order to the Coronado Group for the additional user licenses and support.
