- Description
- The International Trade Administration, Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina has a requirement for a 3-day (US-based) training program for 25 attendees for the U.S. Commercial Service on the ?Essentials of Global Tradecraft Skills? that will focus on hard/technical skills for their domestic trade professionals. Evaluation will be based on vendors Experience with U.S. Commercial Service Mission and Core Activities; Experience with Global and Multicultural Organizations; Extensive experience in international trade and exporting; Experience and demonstrated abilities in training on trade finance, letters of credit, methods of payments and other financing tools, supply chain management, logistics, INCOTERMS, insurance and market entry strategies, international trade counseling, exporting; Demonstrated experience in training international trade organizations and professionals; Experience with adult populations and leaning principles; and Cost competitiveness. All evaluation factors are of equal importance. Period of Performance: March 1, 2008, or date of award, whichever is later, through December 31, 2008. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ, via full and open competition, and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is U008 and NAICS Code is 522293, small business size standard is $165 million in assets. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned.
