- A Request for Proposal (RFP) covering NSN 4940-01-466-9597 DEGREASER, will be issued as a set-aside utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. Purchase Request #0017463718 (Solicitation #SPM4A6-08-R-0389) authorizes this procurement. THIS IS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. ONLY OFFERS FROM SDVOSB CONCERNS WILL BE CONSIDERED. Solicitation will be FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance at Destination. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price w/100% Quantity Option included. The requested quantity is 51 each. The required delivery is 128 Days after Receipt of Order (DARO). The approved source cited in the Purchase Order Text (POT) is AMERICAN BIO-CLEAN CORPORATION, CAGE 1B4T4, P/N 55FH001. This item is commercial.
