- The United States Army CECOM LCMC Acquisition Center proposes an acquisition for contractor provided quality assurance, reporting, inspection, maintenance and test requirements to RESET the AN/TSR-8 Receive Suite, hereinafter referred to as the Trans portable Ground Receive Suite (TGRS), designated by Army Materiel Command, to operational condition for re-issue to the field, in support of redeploying Army units. This effort will be accomplished by performing a full inspection, extensive cleaning, repl acement of defective parts to include electronic, mechanical and moving parts, structural patches where required, application of any applicable software upgrades to include firmware, Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert and security patches, applicabl e risk mitigation fixes, any applicable Engineering Change Proposals, and thorough testing for quality assurance. The proposed acquisition is intended to be a four- year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract. Task Orders will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Cost Reimbursement basis. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source, this Acquisition will be conducted as a Sole Source. The proposed source is Raytheon Company (Raytheon), Intelligence and Information Systems, 1768 Business Center Drive, Reston, VA 20190-5324 . Raytheon is the original GBS integrator and developer. Only Raytheon has the specialized knowledge of the integrated GBS system and its components to be able to repair TGRSs, which is necessary to maintain the GBS system in a fully operational conditio n. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811213, with a Small Business size standard of $6,500,000.00.
