Description
The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific/Domestic Dependent Elementary Secondary Schools-Guam (DoDDS-Pacific/DDESS-Guam) Procurement Division intends to procure Music Room Items for one of their schools in Guam. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order on a brand name or equal basis. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Tracy, California within 60 days after award of a Purchase Order. Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-08-T-5004 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 12 March 2008, to close 30 days from the RFQ issue date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 12 April 2008. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.govn in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items. All comments and questions regarding the solicitation/RFP shall be submitted in writing and sent to the following e-mail address: dppd@pac.dodea.edu.
