- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Chief of Army Reserves, intends to award a sole source award to Congressional Quaterly, Inc., 1255 22nd Street Northwest, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20 037 to renew its annual subscription of the Congressional Quarterly. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by 10:00 am on 03 March 2008. This notice is not a request for quotes. There is no solicitati on document and no RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
