- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Health Revenue Center, Topeka, KS intends to award a sole source contract for Call Center Services to Customer Contact Council of Washington, D.C., 20006. The Government intends to award this contract IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C. 253(C) (1). The DVA HRC presently operates several nationwide call centers with the primary mission to provide various support services to current and former veterans and their spouses. CCC provides fixed cost entirely member driven Call Center support, which includes: unbiased research, white papers, research and analysis, contacts, best practice data, benchmarking data, other related data, networking among executives to support best practices, executive retreats, studies, and studies tailored to a unique organization. This is all accomplished without outside consultants involved in the process. CCC does not accept fees from consultants or vendors. The Contracting Officer is unable to locate other entities that offered a similar product & business structure. Routine call center consulting services are not the same as the aforementioned business model and will be deemed unacceptable. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to meet these requirements. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination to conduct a competitive procurement will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. Phone inquiries will not be accepted.
