- NOTICE TO ALL OFFERORS ON SOLICITATION FFAH-BB-041111-N Because of technical difficulties in the down loading of a workable version of the "Schedule of Items & Option Pricing 7.1.04” the version posted on June 30, 2004, is deleted and replaced with the following advisory: The Schedule of Items & Option Pricing is not available through FEDBIZ OPS, and is only available via E-Mail. Copies must be obtained from the contacting office at addresses as follows: carlton.benton@gsa.gov; michael.canan@gsa.gov; or james.compton@gsa.gov. Offerors are further advised, to All other requirements of the solicitation remain unchanged. The Government intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of various configurations of Medium and Heavy Trucks to include, cab and chassis, dump trucks, maintenance trucks, refrigerator trucks, stake trucks, tractors, van trucks IAW the 2005 Federal Vehicle Standards, Federal Standards 794 and 807. Any stated quantities will be estimates only and there will be no guarantees; pricing for the base vehicle and optional equipment will remain firm during each ordering period. Only final pricing is required and is to be submitted at the closing. The solicitation is intended to result in multiple awards of the same vehicle type designated by a Standard Item Number but of different OEM’s. Any contracts resulting from this solicitation will be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts and will be for one (1) base year and five (5) – one (1) year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about 07/01/04 and will close on 09/16/04.
