- ----------------------- BEGINNING OF HFGCS APS FBO SSS AMENDMENT 02 ----------------------- THIS FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (FBO) SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (SSS) AMENDMENT 02 FOR THE HFGCS APS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED TO: PROVIDE INTERESTED PARTIES UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING THE PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED HFGCS APS ACQUISITION INDUSTRY DAY EVENT IN FEBRUARY 2007. (1) The previously scheduled three day HFCS APS Industry Event as set forth through FBO SSS Amendment 01 posted on 10 Jan 07 shall be updated and changed in accordance with the following.... FROM DAY 1: Tuesday, February 6, 2007 (2/6/07) DAY 2: Wednesday, February 7, 2007 (2/7/07) DAY 3: Thursday, February 8, 2007 (2/8/07) TO DAY 1: WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2007 (2/7/07) Notes: (a) This update reflects a new one day Industry Event. (b) The HFGCS APS Acquisition Team does not anticipate any further changes to dates on the upcoming Industry Event. (c) Please consider the one day event on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 final. (d) The HFGCS APS Acquisition Team is sorry for the inconvenience but please make travel plans accordingly. (e) A corresponding agenda shall be forthcoming as previously stated in Amendment 01. (2) The HFGCS APS Industry Day Event shall still occur at the same location, 38 EIG, Theater D, Tinker AFB, OK. (3) Morning and afternoon sessions for the HFGCS APS Industry Day Event shall still occur within the same time parameters as previously stated in Amendment 01. (4) INTERESTED PARTIES THAT WISH TO JOIN THE FINAL REGISTRY LIST FOR OUR HFGCS APS INDUSTRY DAY EVENT IN OKLAHOMA CITY, OK ON 7 FEB 07 MUST SEND ONE FINAL WRITTEN CONFIRMATION TO THE PCO VIA EMAIL. - This measure applies to any interested parties that have not submitted an attendance confirmation notice. - When sending your confirmation to the PCO, please label the subject line HFGCS APS INDUSTRY DAY EVENT CONFIRMATION and include the following in the text of your email message: your company name, the main point of contact, and full names of all participants that should be added to the final registry list. (5) All other previously expressed FBO SSS information and conditions remain unchanged. ----------------------- END OF HFGCS APS FBO SSS AMENDMENT 02 ----------------------- NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-MAY-2007).
