- ----------------------- BEGINNING OF HFGCS APS FBO SSS AMENDMENT 04 ----------------------- THIS FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (FBO) SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (SSS) AMENDMENT 04 FOR THE HFGCS APS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED TO: POST QUESTION AND ANSWER (Q&A) INFORMATION, PROVIDE NOTICE REGARDING THE FINAL BUSINESS SIZE-STATUS DETERMINATION, UPLOAD INDUSTRY DAY EVENT FILES, UPDATE THE PURCHASE REQUISITION (PR) NUMBER AND AS A MEASURE TO COMMUNICATE ANY OTHER NEW ACQUISITION-RELATED DETAILS. (1) This FBO SSS posting (04) is the first update since Amendment 03 that represents the most up to date information regarding the HFGCS APS acquisition as of 15 May 07. (2) Coordination with the Small Business Administration (SBA) is complete and the size status determination is final. AS A RESULT, THE HFGCS APS ACQUISITION SHALL BE SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESSES WITH NO FURTHER INDIVIDUAL SMALL BUSINESS PREFERENCES. This Q&A file, Version 1.0, shall be uploaded to the FBO SSS in conjunction with Amendment 04 for use by all interested parties in accordance with the following...... 04-06 FILE DESCRIPTION: HFGCS APS Industry Q&A - Version 1.0 FILE NAME: 04-06(HFGCS-APS-Q&A)Ver1.0-14may07.xls FILE SIZE: 52 KB (7) As a friendly reminder, the sole point of contact for the HFGCS APS acquisition is the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO). You may contact the PCO, Mark R. Luckritz (727 ACSG/PKC), by telephone at 405-739-3626, via email at mark.luckritz@tinker.af.mil or by facsimile at 405-734-0363. Unsolicited communication efforts or attempts other than with the PCO are not preferred, suggested nor recommended. Contact from industry is highly preferred in writing via email or facsimile so please keep phone calls to an absolute minimum. (7) The primary and secondary ID record locaters for this FBO SSS remain unchanged. (8) Your sole point of contact is the PCO, Mark R. Luckritz, 727 ACSG/PKC. Unsolicited communication efforts other than with the PCO are not preferred nor suggested. As previously expressed, follow the same instructions for submitting feedback, questions, comments, replies, clarifications, concerns, etc. to the PCO. Such requests are preferred in writing via email or facsimile. (9) INTERESTED PARTIES THAT WISH TO JOIN THE FINAL REGISTRY LIST FOR OUR HFGCS APS INDUSTRY DAY EVENT IN OKLAHOMA CITY, OK FROM 6 FEB 07 THROUGH 8 FEB 07 MUST SEND ONE FINAL WRITTEN CONFIRMATION TO THE PCO VIA EMAIL. This measure applies to those that previously responded or any remaining interested parties. - When sending your confirmation to the PCO, please label the subject line HFGCS APS INDUSTRY DAY EVENT CONFIRMATION and include the following in the text of your email message: your company name, the main point of contact, and full names of all participants that should be added to the final registry list.
