- ----- BEGINNING OF HFGCS APS FBO SSS AMENDMENT 01 ----- THIS FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (FBO) SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (SSS) AMENDMENT 01 FOR THE HFGCS APS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED TO: PROVIDE INTERESTED PARTIES FINAL NOTIFICATION & SPECIFIC-DETAILS REGARDING THE PREVIOUSLY PLANNED HFGCS APS ACQUISITION INDUSTRY DAY EVENT IN FEBRUARY 2007. (1) Final firm dates for the HFCS APS Industry Day Event shall be held in accordance with the following.... DAY 1: Tuesday, February 6, 2007 (2/6/07) DAY 2: Wednesday, February 7, 2007 (2/7/07) DAY 3: Thursday, February 8, 2007 (2/8/07) (2) Tentative Central Standard Times (CST) for the HFGCS APS Industry Day Event shall be scheduled in accordance with the following.... MORNING session: 9:00 A.M. -- 11:30 A.M. AFTERNOON session: 1:30 P.M. -- 3:30 P.M. (3) Final firm location of the HFGCS APS Industry Day Event shall occur at Theater D in accordance with the following.... EVENT LOCATION: 38th Engineering and Installation Group (38 EIG) 4023 Hilltop Road Theater D, Building 4023 Tinker AFB, OK 73145-2713 - The 38 EIG is a controlled access Government facility located half a mile East of Tinker AFB and the intersection of Douglas & S.E. 59th Street (East of Marauder Gate). The 38 EIG is located South of Interstate 40 and North of Interstate 240. - A list of attendees shall be provided to 38 EIG prior to your arrival. To gain access or entrance to Theater D, interested parties should go to the HOPE GATE, provide proof of identification with a picture, state that your purpose is for the HFGCS APS Industry Day Event, and proceed promptly to Theater D (Building 4023). * MAPS OF THE 38 EIG AND AREA SURROUNDING TINKER AFB SHALL BE UPLOADED TO THIS FBO SSS FOR YOUR REFERENCE. * (4) Interested parties attending the Industry Day Event are solely responsible for coordinating and funding travel, lodging, meals, or transportation. - A limited quantity of rooms are reserved at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites in Midwest City, OK under INDUSTRY DAY that will be blocked off until two weeks before the event in February. - Additional contact information for this hotel is as follows.... (6) Additional facts regarding this amendment (01) and the upcoming Industry Day event.... - At a minimum, one and a half days shall be utilized but three dates were blocked in case of inclement weather, emergencies, or if more time is necessary. - Actual times and firm dates shall be finalized on an agenda that will be uploaded to this FBO SSS on or before Friday, February 2, 2007 by the close of business for your reference. - Restroom facilities for both men and women will be available at Theater D. - Theater D parking will be available. - Light refreshments may or may not be provided; no vending is available at Theater D so please plan accordingly. - Interested parties will be given opportunities to ask questions, comments, and provide feedback in an open-forum as detailed in the forthcoming agenda. - Interested parties may or may not be allowed a chance to schedule one-on-one meetings with the HFGCS APS acquisition team. In the event, further directions from the PCO shall be uploaded to this FBO SSS on or before Friday, February 2, 2007 by the close of business to reserve a time slot for your company. - HFGCS APS acquisition DRAFT read-ahead documents shall be uploaded to this FBO SSS on or before Friday, January 26, 20 NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-FEB-2007).
