- The USDA Forest Service intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) for the requirement of valuation/appraisal services of cited property types. These services include, but may not be limited to, real estate appraisals, consultations and market surveys. The solicitation proposes 5-year (one base with four potential option years) BPA's wherein offerors, upon award can provide appraisal services for various property types, in various state locations, at their proposed rates. Multiple Firm-Fixed Price BPA's will be established from this solicitation. The locations for this service will be within Regions 1 and 4. Solicitation number AG-84N8-S-08-0003 will be issued approximately 30 October 2007 to the fedbizopps website, which will provide the details and requirements to this project. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-OCT-2007).
