- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): The Defense Security Cooperation Agency, George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies (GCMC) is conducting market research to identify sources that can provide lodging services with all necessary amenities in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. The purpose of this RFI is to identify and obtain information from responsible sources that have the capability to fulfill the requirement as described below. This is not a formal request for quote or proposal. Incurring expenses or beginning to formulate an approach based on information presented in this announcement is solely at the risk of the contractor and will not be reimbursed. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The Government is not obligated to reply to information received or publish a solicitation as a result of this RFI. Your response will be treated as information only.
