- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for the renovation of the Tax Break Cafe located at the IRS Service Center, 3651 S. IH-35, Austin, TX 78741. The area is approximately 900 - 1,000 square feet and the renovation will be to add a new sandwich bar and pizza area in the cafe. This requirement will be a negotiated construction purchase order using best value procedures. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220. The small business size standard is $31 million dollars. All responsible business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation. A site visit has been scheduled for March 3, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at the IRS Service Center, Austin, TX. Please email the Contracting Officer, Diana Loken, at diana.c.loken@irs.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 27, 2008 and provide her with the names of each individual who will attend the site visit. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to participate in the site visit. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on February 28, 2008. Your fax/email should include the following information: Company name and address, phone/fax numbers, Point of Contact, DUNS Number and Cage Number. Phone requests for the RFQ will not be honored.
