- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is a sole source for Siemens, NX Advanced Designer Bundle software, (12) month support, p/n: UG10765; Solid Edge Classic software, (12) month support, p/n: SE290-ENG and NX software and Documentation Media, p/n: UG10000-WISD; Vendors who feel that they can provide the above products and services shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements to the Contracting Officer within the timeframe specified for this solicitation period. Responses received after the close of the solicitation period or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the solicitation and not be considered for award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-08-T-0209. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR FAC 2005-23, class deviation 2005-o0001 and DFARS-DCN 20080124. This solicitation is issued as unrestricted.
