- The National Park Service has a requirement to purchase a World War II era Stearman PT-17 IAW with the specifications in Q1106080034. The plane will be on permanent static display at Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site, Moton Field, Tuskegee, Alabama. Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall provide the National Park Service with a World War II era Stearman PT-17 restored to its historic 1939-45 appearance.
