- The proposed acquisition is a total small business set-aside. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 333923 with a Small Business Size Standard of $6.5 million dollars i n average annual receipts as determined by 13 CFR 121.104. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is issuing a solicitation for commercial service-supply prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6 for the Visual In spection of Dworshak Powerhouse, Rail Alignment Survey, and a Combined Report utilizing commercial practices. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD Monday, March 3 at 10:00 am PST. (Although the Site Visit is not mandatory to be eligible to quote on this Soli citation, it is recommended). Please contact Larry Deardorff, 208-476-1231no later than 3:00 pm PST, February 28, 2008, to register for the Site Visit. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about February 25, 2008. QUOTAT IONS are due March 7, 11:00 AM Pacific Time. Offerors need to include a completed copy of provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
