- The US Army Sustainment Command is seeking potential sources under a possible DoD Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) program that can provide a 40mm, L60 High Explosive Incendiary Round, Un-traced, with a non-self destruct LI-465(M1 or M2) or FMU-154/ B or equivalent point detonate fuze. It is requested that responses include a full product description of the potential candidate(s), number of days after contract award a proposed product could be delivered, , and a rough order of magnitude unit price fo r initial testing and then possible follow-on procurement. The anticipated requirement that the US Government would procure is an initial test quantity of 5,000 under the FCT program and if found successful, , a minimum quantity of 100,000, and provision s to procure additional rounds in the out years. This is a request for information only, and the US Government does not intend to pay for information provided, nor make any award based upon this request.
