- The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command Acquisition Center intends to issue a firm-fixed price purchase order in support of the Security Assistance Management Directorates Foreign Military Sales Program. The purchase order will be issued to Honeyw ell International Inc, Phoenix, AZ, for effort to repair and rebuild the clutch assy for Apache aircraft. The proposed contract action will be issued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). No solicitation is available for issuance and this notic e of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
