- Pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of fastener kits: P/N: 13014410 The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed priced contract for one base year and one option for additional quantities. Estimated quantity per year and period of performance is as follows: Contract quantity 1,935 Option quantity 1,935 The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). Solicitation date: O/A 26 February 2008, Closing date: O/A 4 March 2008. The annotated closing date f or the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
