- This is a combined synopsis /solicitation request for quotation (RFQ) for Sole Source Only to: Defense Manufacturing Company (DCM). Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued.
