- Description
- Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary to replace the roofing over Quads B, D and G on Building 170 at 2200 Fort Roots Drive in North Little Rock, AR. Each ward is approximately 14,000 square feet +/-. Existing roofing is Gravel Ballasted Buildup. The new roofing will be Heat Welded, 40 Mil Single-ply Thermoplastic. All work shall be performed in accordance to the project plans and specifications. The dollar magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS 238160 applies-size standard is $13 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in VETBIZ at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and CCR at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. You must register as "Interested Vendor" at the fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in fedbizopps "To Receive Notification" for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the fedbizopps website.
