- Description
- The Forest Service requires reforestation of 325 acres on the North Zone of the Salmon-Challis National Forest, Lemhi County, Idaho. The project consists of hand site preparation and hand tree planting using augers. This project will be advertised as a performance-based commercial item written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The performance period will be 16 calendar days. Work is estimated to start May 15, 2008. Quotes are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, April 7, 2008. The solicitation will be available on approximately March 10, 2008, and can be downloaded from this site at that time. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. You may register at www.ccr.gov.
