- Description
- This construction project involves the removal of an existing culvert and the replacement with a new 15 foot span by 5 foot - 8 inch rise Steel Structural Plate Arch culvert. Improvements consist of but are not limited to structural excavation, excavation and reshaping of the channel, placement of riprap, place fish rest stop rocks, installation of cast-in-place or precast concrete footings, embankment and excavation of the roadway approaches, and road surfacing. The project is located on Forest Service Road No. 1826, mile post 5.3 on the Red River Ranger District of the Nez Perce National Forest, approximately 47 miles from Grangeville in Idaho County, Idaho (Section 18, Township 30 north, Range 7 east).
