- NSN: 1560-01-117-0850, PR: 0017462138. Item: Harness Assembly, PY in accordance with Northrop Grumman Corp., CAGE 26512, part number 1128AV42938-3. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This procurement is unrestricted and is sole source to Northrop Grumman Corp., CAGE 26512. Any manufacturer, other than Northrop Grumman Corp., CAGE 26512, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 80 each with a 100% quantity option. The requested delivery schedule is 179 days after receipt of order. FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance point will be at Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Configuration Control applies to this NSN. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be March 10, 2008 with a closing date of April 9, 2008.
