- NSN 2090-00-290-8392,coded to(89135)Emeco Ind Inc part number 1001-T11. A total of 751 each to be procured, 380 each to New Cumberland PA 17070-5002, 371 each to Tracy CA 95304-5000. Required delivery time is 220 days. FOB is destination, inspection is at destination. See numbered note 26. This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 3/10/08, not before. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicite and contract only with approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is (89135)Emeco. All responsible parties may submit an offer, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
