- Description
- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, announces its intent to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for facilities management and operations of its Headquarters building located at 1700 G Street, NW, Washington, DC 20552. The services will include maintenance of the building?s HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; elevators and automatic controls; interior/exterior landscaping services; on-site engineers, receiving and supply personnel; material transportation, and when necessary, overseeing or performing certain building repairs.
