- The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about Monday March 3, 2008 with Bids due approximately 30 days following issuance of solicitation. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE AND EMAIL REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Repair Water Damage Old South Meeting House, Boston National Historical Park, Boston, MA. Solicitation Number I1720080406. This contract consists of the furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision and performing all operations required to complete the work on repairs at the Old South Meeting House as described in the specifications. Old South Meeting House is considered a National Historic Landmark located at 310 Washington Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The National Park Service anticipates entering into a firm fixed-price construction contract as a result of this solicitation. This acquisition is subject to P.L.100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and as such is open to all concerns regardless of size. NAICS code 236220, $28.5 million. Construction performance period is 180 calendar days following Notice to Proceed. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204 the estimated construction price range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsive and responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Contractors are urged to make a site visit to ascertain existing work conditions. A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday March 11, 2008 at 10:00AM; all interested offerors are encouraged to attend. The point of contact for this solicitation is Paul M.
