- Note: The previous SOLICITATION NUMBER W52H09-08-R-0160 regarding TELESCOPE SUBASSEMBLY, NSN: 1240-01-485-1918, P/N 12984700 is CHANGED TO SOLICITATION NUMBER W52H09-08-R-0169. ********************************************************************* *** Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside with a 100% option. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that can be provided via the Internet. All or part of this item is a funded FY08 requirement. Description: N SN: 1240-01-485-1918, Part Number 12984700. This item procurement is a Telescope Subassembly used on the M119A1, Howitzer. Cover assembly consist of one housing machined from aluminum alloy, 356-T6 casting and source controlled part in the housing must be obtained from the approved source, SEILER INSTRUMENT COMPANY, Cage Code-11934. The approximate size of this part is 4.7 IN X 2.7 IN X 3.7 IN. The source control part is Part No. 12961446, the vendor Part No. is 11984777. Requirements are 46 items eac h of Telescope Subassemblies. FOB Destination. Estimated issue date is 29 February 2008. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102 therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
