- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of: PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION19.5.THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100 percent SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS (a) CLIN 0001 Three Hundred Eighty-four (384) EA Reducing Union, Part Number: SS-400-6-2; (b) CLIN 0002 Two Hundred (200) EA Union, Part Number: SS-400-6-2; (c) CLIN 0003 Two Thousand Three Hundred Four (2,304) EA Male Elbow, Part Number : SS-400-2-2; (d) CLIN 0004 One Thousand One Hundred Fifty-two (1,152) EA Union Tee, Part Number: SS-200-3; (e) CLIN 0005 Three Hundred Eighty-four (384) EA Union Tee, Part Number: SS-400-3; (f) CLIN 0006 Three Hundred Eighty-four (384) EA Metering Valve, Part Number: SS-4MG; (g) CLIN 0007 One Thousand One Hundred Fifty-two (1,152) EA Body Assembly, Part Number: SS-QM2-B-200; (h) CLIN 0008 Six Thousand Nine Hundred (6,900) EA PFA Tubing one fourth of an inch x .047 wall, Part Number: PFA-T4-047-1; (i) CLIN 0009 Five Hundred (500) EA one fourth of an inch O.D x .049 wall (316 over 316L) seamless tubing, Part Number: SS-T4-S-049-20; (j) CLIN 0010 Five Hundred (500) EA one eight of an inch O.D x .028 wall (316 over 316L) seamless tubing, Part Number: SS-T2-028 -20. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers on RFQ W911S6-08-T-0030. All firms responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 332911(500 employees) applies to this pro curement.
