- Description
- The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN. This proposed procurement includes items within the Federal Supply Class 4710. See Note(s): 1 and 26. The requirement will result in an award of a Firm Fixed price Contract for which delivery orders may be placed upon. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 11 March 2008 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for one 1C code and part item. This AMSC code implies that parts procured under this NSN are candidates for other than full and open competition . The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The QCC for this NSN is QAA. This means contractor first article testing is required. This solicitation will be issued as 100% small business set-aside.
