- UPDATED February 19, 2008 This amendment is a revised synopsis of HM1576-08-P-0030 that was posted on February 6, 2008. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to The Corporate Executive Board in Washington, D.C. for a one year membership in the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC). The Council is comprised of human capital leaders who have performed and have the experience in executive-level positions throughout the Intelligence Community (IC). The Council will provide unique insight and guidance as subject matter experts to the senior management of NGA and the IC. Interested parties may identify interest and their capability by responding to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred while responding to this notice. Responses must be received within 10 calendar days of the publication in FedBizOpps. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All inquiries regarding this requirement shall be submitted electronically or via phone and directed to Anika Swann Contract Specialist, at Anika.H.Swann@nga.mil or (301) 227-6601. Responses received after noon on Tuesday February 26, 2008 will not be accepted. Date: February 6, 2008 The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), intends to award on a Sole Source basis a purchase order to The Corporate Executive Board. NGA has a requirement to develop a relationship with a vendor that can provide NGA with best practices research, decision-support tools, and executive education. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. However, vendors who believe they have this capability should respond to the Contract Specialist. Award is anticipated 10 days after publication of this notice. Responses received within this time frame will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-FEB-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
