- CHANGE 1 TO COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: ** Under "Minimum Delivery Requirements" below: the last item of each delivery date, changed from (4'x6'x8") to (4'x8'x8"). NAICS Code is 327390, and the Size Standard is 500 employees. ** ITEM 0001 - 20 Each - Concrete, 3'x3'x6" concrete panels. FFP. 3'x3'x6" concrete panels. Concrete must be 5000 psi and reinforced with 1/2" rebar for stability. Panel requires two (2) 3' pieces vertically and two (2) 3' pieces evenly spaced horizontally. Panel requires 6" of continuous thickness throughout the entire panel. All panels must be poured on a metal, concrete or equivalent surface to ensure continuous thickness. Includes shipping and handling costs. FOB: Destination. ** ITEM 0002 - 60 Each - Concrete, 4'x8'x8" concrete panel. FFP. 4'x8'x8" concrete panels.
