- This combined synopsis / solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure annual software maintenance for the following RemoteView products: RemoteView Professional Windows Maintenance, RVP-W-M12, 25 each; RemoteView Professional Classified Module Subscription Fee, RVP-W-CM12, 24 each; RemoteView Professional Windows Floating Maintenance, RVP-FL-M12, 25 each; RemoteView Professional Windows Maintenance, RVP-3D-M12, 5 each; and RemoteView Professional Windows 3D Floating Module Maintenance, RVP-34D-FL-M12, 5 each. The manufacturer of the software is Overwatch Systems of Virginia, Inc., 103A Carpenter Drive, Sterling, VA 20164-4432. Only Overwatch and their authorized resellers will be considered for this action. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541511. The associated standard industrial classification code is 7372; the Small Business Size Standard is $18M in annual sales. Award is to be made under simplified acquisition procedures on an all or none basis. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency no later than 2:00 p.m. on the closing date of 25 February 2008 to DLGR_NSWC_XDS13@navy.mil.
