- Description
- The pre-proposal site visit for the Proposed Task Order 0001 project will be held at Naval Air Facility El Centro, California, Welcome Center, Billeting Office, Building #401. The site visit will be conducted on 18 March 2008 at 8:30 AM PST. All firms interested in attending the site visit must submit the following information by email to elia.ram@navy.mil no later than 27 February 2007 (extended date). Full name of individual(s) attending, company name, phone and fax numbers, vehicle information, and social security number. All individuals attending the site visit must be a U.S. citizens or lawful permanent resident (green card). For access to the installation, individuals must have a valid driver?s license, vehicle registration, insurance, and/or rental car agreement. It is highly recommended that firms interested in attending the pre-proposal site visit bring a four-wheel drive vehicle capable of driving along unpaved roads that receive limited maintenance. A day pass will be provided on the day of the site visit. It is recommended that you arrive early to check-in through the gate. The site tour may take about 1 ? hours. It is encouraged that individuals bring good walking shoes or boots. Because of the weather climate, it is also recommended that individuals bring plenty of water. Costs associated with participating in the pre-proposal site visit/meeting or responding the solicitation will not be compensated. The solicitation issue date has changed to on or about 28 February 2008.
