- NSN: 6150-01-187-1029 Cable Assembly Special Purpose, Electrical, P/N:5-19-6696; TACOM- Rock Island has a requirement for Cable Assembly Special Purpose, Electrical. FOB will destination. The proposed contract will be a 100 % small business set-as ide being awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced Contract with one (1) 100% Option. First article testing is required. Estimated solicitation issue date is March 11, 2004. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102; there fore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wanting an electronic copy may down load it on or after the issue date by accessing the following internet address: http://aais.ria.army.mil. TDP will not be available on the Internet and you will have to reque st it through tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil. Any request should contain the following information; CAGE CODE (if available), COMPANY NAME, Point of Contact, STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP CODE, TELEPHONE NUMBER, A TDP will be provided by normal mail after the solicitation has been released to the Internet . CAUTION: This solicitation shall be issued electronically as will any amendment. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing l ist. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them to the date and time set for bid open ing/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. All or part of this action is an unfunded FY08 requirement. Notes 1 and 26 apply.
