- Description
- Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) intends to issue a request for quote for Custodial Services for the 832nd Transportation Battalion, 8675 Maritime Street, Jacksonville, Florida. Contractor shall provide full custodial (basic cleanin g and restroom cleaning) and periodic services for Buildings 8675 and 8675-100 in accordance with commercial standards, local, state and federal laws, and the requirements of the PWS. The period of performance is for one base year and four one-year renewa l option periods. The anticipated contract start date is 1 April 2008. The proposed solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside and NAICS code 561720 with size standard of $14 MIL applies. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accorda nce with FAR Part 12 and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 Feb 2008 and close approximately 15 days thereafter. A pre-proposal conference will be held for this procurement. The date and time and oth er information will be provided with the solicitation. Cut off date for questions will be 5 days after the release of the RFQ.
