- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Army Contracting Agency, intends to award a sole source contract to LexisNexis, 1150 Eighteenth Street, NW, Suite 600, Washington, D.C. 20036 to provide online research services to US Court of Appeals for t he Armed Forces. The period of performance will be from 1 Mar 2008 - 30 Sep 2008. LexisNexis is the only vendor that can provide access to the proprietary LexisNexis online research data base. The proposed contract action is for services for which the G overnment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statem ents received by 25 February 2008, 10:00 am. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
