- The Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Directorate of Contracting at Fort Bragg, NC intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Theodore F. Monnich to provide re-occurring assessme nt and repair of wear and/or damage to statues located outdoors at the JFK Special Warfare Memorial Plaza on Fort Bragg, NC. This requirement requires that the conservator belong to the American Institute for Conservation of Artistic and Historic Works. T he North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a small business size standard of $6.5 Million. Interested parties may identify their interest, i n writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Daylight Time, 25 February 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
