Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for the rental and service of 35 Portable Latrines, 10 hand washing stations, and cleaning of 3 shower trailers plus the removal of grey water and black water from the e q uipment for a period of One (1) Year with an additional three years as option years. You may quote brand name or equal. If quoting equal, you must provide literature with your quote showing equal specification. If you quote equal, limit your literatur e with your quote to 4 MB. There are 5 Contract Line Item Numbers. CLIN 0001 is for Thirty-Five(35) Portable Latrines situated at differing locations throughout the Fort Riley area for a period of One year with an additional three years as option years. CL IN 0002 is for ten(10) hand wash stations situated at differing locations throughout the Fort Riley area for a period of One year with an additional three years as option years. CLIN 0003 is for Three(3) shower trailers to be cleaned situated at differi ng locations throughout the Fort Riley area for a period of One year with an additional three years as option years. CLIN 0004 is for the removal of Greywater in accordance with the PWS/PRS for a period of One year with an additional three years as option years. CLIN 0005 is for the removal of Black water from the buildings during the one year period and with an additional three years as option years. The Government contemplates award of a single contract resulting from this solicitation. Your price shall be FOB destination, delivered and offloaded. Contract will be FFP. The Contractor will propose the delivery date in his quote to FORT R ILEY, K ANSAS 66442. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 effective on June 30, 2007. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 332311 with a size standard of 500 personnel. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. Additional Information: Question: What type of portable latrines are we lo oking for? Answer:35 Individual Latrines set up at various locations to facilitate training. Question: What is the gallons per day usage of both the gray and Black water? Answer: Unknown, depends upon the number of personel being trained. Question: Location where we can dump black and gray water and how many miles to the dump site? Answer: About 3 to 4 miles away from the showers and wash stations. Question: What type of attachment coupler is needed to remove black and gray water? Answer: Standard coupling. Question: Is potable water for showers and latrines available on the Fort? Answer: Yes. Question: Does the gray water from the shower tr ailers need to be hauled away. Answer: Yes, see CLIN 4. Question: Are the shower units hooked up to post water or will it need to be hauled in? Answer: Yes, hooked up to post water lines. Question: I can not open the site to ret rive the final bid form. Is there any way you milght possible to send me one. Answer: No, there is no bid form.
