- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a sole source (as prescribed in FAR 6.302- Church Ranch Way 450, Westminster, CO 80021. The contractor shall provide a link to database for Su bscription of Bulk Medical and Scientific journals. EBSCO is the only provider who can provide a link to their databases. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirment is 511120 and the size standard No. of employees is 500 . Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM, Noon Eastern Standard Time, February 25, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for co mpetitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
